Bask in the traditional charm of Shanklin Seafront

Located on the south coast of the Isle of Wight, Shanklin Seafront is home to a long stretch of beach, a charming Old Village and heaps of attractions. Shanklin’s beaches are gently sloping and sandy, making them perfect for building sandcastles, burying Dad and wandering down to the waterfront from. If you aren't a fan of a sandy bum, then beach huts and deckchairs can be hired too!

For the adventurous among you, there are pedalos, kayaks and even banana boat trips which can be arranged. Along the promenade you'll find fun-packed amusement arcades with everything from indoor go-karting to bowling, alongside bustling cafes, restaurants and ice-cream stands.

And then there's Pirates Cove. This mini theme park is great for entertaining the kids (and adults) for hours with its crazy golf course, zorbs, bumper boats and a runaway train rollercoaster!
