There can’t be many festivals where peacocks and parrots wander around in-between the wellies. End of The Road prides itself on this kind of small-scale intimacy and you won’t need to worry about overpriced, undercooked burgers.
Instead, there may be an impromptu set from Josh T Pearson beside the piano in the woods or Jarvis Cocker may decide he wants to take up the guitar and play with Jolie Holland. Small though this festival might be, it still packs a punch with circus skills workshops, an arts and crafts grotto, a comedy tent and good quality organic food.
End of the Road Festival 2024 takes place between 29 August to 1 September 2024.
