Stroll through the vines and discover the history and wildlife on this beautiful downland estate.
The tour includes a delicious ’winemakers lunch’ in the exquisite Tasting Room, prepared with fresh, local, seasonal produce designed to complement your glass of English sparkling wine, complete with breath-taking, panoramic views of the vineyard and South Downs.
The tour starts and finishes at The Gun Room in the historic village of Alfriston, once a gun store for the Duke of Wellington, now a retail outlet for the wine estate and also Heritage Centre for Alfriston and the Cuckmere Valley. For dinner look out for places to eat dotted around the village, pairing traditional English food with Sussex’s best wines.
