Take an award-winning tour of Camel Valley

Bodmin, Cornwall

An ex-RAF pilot and his wife grew their wine into an international triumph. Catch a glimpse and a taste in historic Bodmin.

It's no strain to see that sunny Cornwall makes the perfect place for a winemaking legend. But when ex-RAF pilot Bob Lindo and his wife Annie planted their first 8,000 vines in 1989, they had no idea they'd soon be winning awards across the globe.

Situated among the medieval marvels of rural Bodmin, Camel Valley has become one of the region's top destinations, helped in no small measure by its tours which lend an intimate and informal understanding of how the Lindos created a national treasure. And if it's all too much then sit, relax and drink some Camel Valley of course.
