Ditch the tent in favour of glamping at Teversal Campsite

Teversal, Nottinghamshire

Spend an action-packed day in rural Nottinghamshire before retreating to a luxury tent or log cabin for an evening of al fresco drinking and dining.

At Teversal Campsite you can experience the joys of the great outdoors without the hassle of bringing your own tent.

The site has a number of glamping options, including the Safari Tent and Camping Cabin, both of which have decked areas and barbecues – perfect if you want to make the most of the long summer nights.

On your doorstep you’ll find Teversal Trails, which is home to many wild plants. Take a gentle bike ride or stroll and call in at Teversal village, stopping to admire Teversal Manor, which is said to have inspired DH Lawrence’s novel, Lady Chatterley’s Lover.

Take a short drive to Sherwood Pines for more outdoor fun in the English countryside, including mountain biking and the treetop adventure Go Ape!
