Take the kids to meet the Lucky Dog of Todmorden

Todmorden, West Yorkshire

Centre Vale Park is home to 'The Lucky Dog' of Todmorden, made famous by Derren Brown in his 2011 show, The Experiments.

The lifesize sculpture of 'The Lucky Dog' of Todmorden, located in Centre Vale Park has gained a reputation for bringing good luck to anybody that gives it a friendly pat. The little ones will love meeting a new friend!

A trip to the park isn't complete without a go on the swings, so make the journey worthwhile by letting the kids loose in the outdoor play area. There are football pitches and a skate park too, to keep the older children busy.

If the weather doesn’t hold up, then explore Todmorden Toy & Model Museum - a treasure trove home to over 5000 toys and models, both on display and for sale.
