Known to be one of the city’s oldest buildings, Tudor House and Garden is a fascinating and family-friendly museum with a range of activities and events throughout the year.

With interactive touch screens and informative captioning, you’ll hear stories from the past and see intriguing artefacts as you step in to rooms which bring history to life.

You may even meet a former resident, for it‘s said that several ghosts frequent the property! From spooky shadows and quiet whispers to sightings of Anne Boleyn, the house is a haven for fans of the supernatural.

After exploring inside, take a stroll around the pretty garden, and you’ll forget you’re in the heart of the city. Finish your day with a relaxing cup of tea in the Tudor House Cafe.
