Tramlines Festival rolls into Sheffield each July with more than 70 venues and four main stages hosting musical acts.
Tramlines Festival takes its name from Sheffield’s light rail system, and the organisers have successfully put the city on England’s summertime festival map. The vast number of performances and breadth of musical offerings manage to cover a great deal of musical ground – not to mention actual ground – with events taking place across the Yorkshire town.
Tracking big-name artists from genres including pop, hip hop, and rock, Tramlines also offers a series of ‘After Parties’ featuring DJs performing house and techno sets, rappers, electronica artists and others.
Whether you’re looking for a parkland performance or a club night, Tramlines delivers something for everyone.
Tramlines takes place 21-23 July. This year’s headliners include The Libertines, Metronomy and All Saints.
