Tramlines Festival rolls into Sheffield each July, and this year’s event brings the party to Hillsborough Park with four stages of top musical acts.
Tramlines Festival takes its name from Sheffield’s light rail system, and it has slowly been growing since 2009 to become a key part of England’s summertime festival map. Previous festivals have used a number of venues across the city, but for 2018, the event will expand even further and find a new home in Hillsborough Park.
Tracking big-name artists from genres including pop, hip hop, and rock, Tramlines also offers a series of ‘After Parties’ featuring DJs performing house and techno sets, rappers, electronica artists and others. Whether you’re looking for a parkland performance or a club night, Tramlines delivers something for everyone.
Tramlines Festival 2018 takes place 20-22 July. Notable acts on the bill include Stereophonics, Noel Gallagher’s High Flying Birds and Craig David’s TS5.
