Rainy Day Activities: Catch a show at award-winning kids’ theatre, the egg

The egg is the Theatre Royal's award-winning theatre designed for children, young people and their families. Built from the shell of an old cinema, the egg has quickly grown into a leading children’s arts organisation.

Open throughout the year, the egg offers an extravaganza of performances every Saturday with further shows over half terms and holidays. There are frequent workshops and participatory sessions for kids aged 2 to 18.
