Autumn wildlife

As the trees become awash with colour during the autumn months, England’s wildlife comes out to play, giving you the chance to see these beautiful creatures in all their glory. Grab your binoculars and take a tour of our preserved and pristine natural environments, home to various marine life, bird species, insects and rare plants, or head out to the coast for a bird spotting holiday on marshes and coastal reserves. Climb on board a boat to see English sea life up close, whether it's watching dolphins and whales swim around you in Cornwall, or seeing seals resting in their natural habitat on the coasts of Northumberland. But don’t get too close or you’ll scare them off!
