Eureka! in Halifax is an indoor attraction that inspires children to learn all about the world around them by playing, imagining, experimenting and having fun.
No family holiday in Yorkshire’s Halifax would be complete without a visit to Eureka! The National Children's Museum and its 400 plus award-winning interactive exhibits. Creativity, team-work and independence are encouraged in a way that helps children to develop while keeping them entertained, making this a fantastic place to take the family on a rainy day.
From the child-sized town square (where kids can learn about different jobs and shops) to the interactive Spark Gallery (hosting different sensory exhibitions throughout the year), there are a range of zones for your little ones to discover and explore. Supported by Eureka's helpful Enablers, kids can get hands on with a range of different exhibits (where else can your child stick their head up a giant nose?), learning more about the surrounding world in a fun, unforgettable way.
Spend some extra time in the gift shop and find something to keep the fun going at home, or stop by the cafe for snacks to refuel during your exploration of Eureka!
Tickets to Eureka! cost £13.95 for 3-15 year olds and adults, while tickets for 1-2 year olds cost £5.95; if you're likely to return several times in the year, be sure to upgrade your ticket to an annual pass for free too!
