We opening our beautiful grade II* church to visitors by launching our eco-friendly churchyard.

Activities include planting wild flowers, hanging bird feeders, installing a bee-bath and building Bug-ingham Palace, the village's first 5* hotel for bugs.

The church has architecture that dates from the 14th century and a fascinating history. Our most famous rector was Cuthbert Mayne (1544-1577) a Catholic martyr who was canonised in 1970.

So for those interested in heritage we are launching the "History of Huntshaw in 100 objects".

The church is in an idyllic rural setting in North Devon. There will be activities for children while the grown ups can relax in the tranquil setting.

Admission free.
