Eat, drink, shop and play till late at Camp and Furnace

The first thing that strikes you about Camp and Furnace is just how enormous it is –that’ll be because it’s comprised of three warehouses and a coach shed. The second thing is the smell of wood smoke wafting through the air; this is the Furnace, a roaring fire where beer hops are left smouldering to perfect your pint.

There’s plenty to entertain you while you sip, the events space also serves as a music venue, boutique caravan hotel, vintage clothes store, camping shop, photography studio and eaterie (don't miss their legendary chorizo burger). Basically it's a place dedicated to fun. This is best demonstrated on Play Wednesdays when retro game enthusiasts gather to play everything from a bit of computerised Solitaire to Monopoly. Be warned though, the more serious games can get a bit heated.
