This summer see the new exhibition commerating the 400th anniversary of William Shakespeare's death - Shakespeare in Art, Tempests, Tyrants and Tragedy - a reimagining of Shakespeare's works through a series of multi-media encounters.

Soak up the gallery’s collection of British portraits, European paintings, furniture and applied arts before stepping outside to wander through the sculpture gardens. You’ll stumble across a giant ‘kern baby’ by artist Faye Claridge, symbolising England’s folklore and fertility rites.
