Southampton and the solent region has a raft of museums, stately homes and water-based activities to thrill groups and inspire team motivational skills.

Beaulieu

Beaulieu is home to the National Motor Museum, featuring 280 vehicles from F1 racing cars and land speed record breakers, to incredible examples of pioneering motoring.

Groups can also walk in the footsteps of medieval monks at Beaulieu Abbey and receive a private tour of Palace House, home to the Montagu family. Costumed guides will give your guests a flavour of what it would have been like here in Victorian times.

Get out on the water

Ocean Village, Southampton

After a morning of exploring Southampton’s maritime history, get groups out on the water so they can see for themselves the bustling port of Southampton.

A fast-paced treasure hunt on RIBs (rigid inflatable boats), or a more leisurely (but no less competitive) sail across to Beaulieu River or the Isle of Wight are both great incentive ideas.

Sailing experiences can also be incorporated with some of the region's renowned regattas, such as Cowes.

 Operation I.O.W

Aerial view of Needles, Isle of Wight, England.

Operation I.O.W is exhilarating from the word go as guests are flown by helicopter to the north end of the Isle of Wight for a 24-hour stretch in a state-of-the-art military base.

Staying overnight in army barracks, guests will be roused in the morning by the sound of a bugle and then briefed on the tasks they’ll be facing. These include a high rope course, SA80 Laser Rifle Training System, the largest mobile climbing wall in the UK, a water traverse, Canadian canoes, mortar firing and a number of explosives and pyrotechnics designed to sharpen the wits.

An exhilarating two-hour treasure hunt concludes the day’s activities, followed by a high-speed extraction by RIB.
