Gin Lab experience

Toast your group with a Liverpool Gin & Tonic as you learn the process of distilling gin.

The Knowsley Hall estate is the ancestral home of the Earl and Countess of Derby who welcome small incentives groups for exclusive-use, luxury experiences. 

With 2,500 acres of private walled estate, there is no shortage of indulgent experiences, including an award-winning spa, archery, clay shooting and safari tours. The estate’s executive chef is also on-hand to design bespoke menus using ingredients grown on the estate.
