Queens’ College blends 15th Century history with modern event spaces and exceptional food and service.

• A unique venue in the heart of Cambridge, located on the River Cam and home to the famous Mathematical Bridge.

An impressive Victorian facade and beautiful landscaped gardens are the focal point of a spacious contemporary conference centre, close to Cambridge’s mainline railway station. 

• A wide variety of flexible meeting rooms, three versatile dining rooms and over 500 en suite bedrooms. 
• The MAB (Mary Allan Building) houses a flat-floored auditorium, which seats up to 260 delegates theatre-style and 110 in cabaret format.
• When it was built in 1889, the Great Hall was the largest college hall in Cambridge. It can seat between 90 and 260 guests for a sit-down dinner. 
• Homerton College is fully accredited by the UK’s Meetings Industry Association, offering an assurance of high-quality facilities, dining and event management services.

Set in several acres of attractive wooded gardens, yet only a few minutes' walk from the city centre, Robinson College is architecturally striking and highly functional.

• An auditorium with a raked floor and maximum seating capacity of 270.
• Umney Theatre offers a more intimate conference environment, with a seated capacity of 120 delegates.
• The Plenary Room in the new Crausaz Wordsworth Building offers up to 96 cabaret style (on round tables of eight people) or 80 classroom style.
• The College also has a further 20 meeting rooms available for  smaller meetings, training courses, group and syndicate use. Rooms accommodate from two to 80 delegates.

Churchill College was founded specifically to pursue excellence in the teaching and research of science, engineering and technology and has a 50-year history of staging events. 

• The Wolfson Hall is a tiered theatre with seating for up to 300 delegates.
• The Sixties Room can seat up to 70 theatre-style and has an external terrace onto green lawns.
• Overlooking the Master's Lawn, the Cockcroft Room is ideal for board meetings of 18 and includes a separate area for pre-dinner drinks receptions for up to 30 guests. 
• The Jock Colville Hall is a dramatic, high-ceiling exhibition hall, opening onto the College lawns. The space is an adaptable one - it can host 100 attendees as a reception space, 75 attendees as an exhibition hall, and 50 attendees as a classroom.

The University Arms Hotel (part of the Autograph Collection) and Parker’s Tavern have hosted celebratory events throughout Cambridge’s history.

• The hotel offers a spacious ballroom that can seat up to 180 people for a gala dinner.
• A solid oak partitioning wall divides the Ballroom into the Crick and Watson Rooms. The Crick Room can seat up to 96. The smaller Watson Room has seating for up to 70 guests. 
• A private event at Parker’s Tavern can be paired with a bespoke feasting menu created by chef Tristan Welch.
• In 2018, the hotel and restaurant underwent a £80 million renovation project, involving the Queen’s architect, John Simpson.
