Places to visit in Bedfordshire
Just north of London, Bedfordshire is one of England’s best-kept secrets (oops, until now). This rural county is full of beautiful countryside and grand stately homes, which often appear on-screen, such as Bridgerton’s Wrest Park. From the romantic ruins of Bedford Castle, to the county’s famous Woburn Safari Park and Whipsnade Zoo, there is plenty to do in this accessible county in England’s east. Wander around pretty market towns and villages, check into luxury spa hotels such as Luton Hoo, and dine in style at Michelin-rated restaurants. Discover the best things to do in Bedfordshire and give Lady Whistledown something to write home about.
