October events: Admire children’s creativity at the Juice Festival

If you’re stuck for something to do this October half term (between 20-28 October), why not let the children do the talking? The programme of events at this week long festival is put on by children, for children, but the rich selection of film screenings, workshops and performances manage to entertain and inspire people of every age.

Watch graffiti artists make their mark on the Juice Art Jam – one of the country’s longest legal graffiti walls – and get an insight into how young people are covering the issues that affect them through theatre and dance. This education in young expression covers the entire spectrum of the arts in what is fast becoming an iconic city, rich in culture and diversity.
