Nine floors of silver-screens

Bradford, West Yorkshire

A visit to the National Media Museum is a must if you love photography, film, television, animation, gaming or the internet.

Explore the history of animation and meet some of your favourite characters such as Uncle Bulgaria, Bob the Builder and even a Dalek.

After remembering your childhood favourites you can then take a seat and watch of the best and rarest films and TV programmes from the British Film Institutes archive. With over 2500 titles many works cannot be viewed anywhere else so there’s a lot to catch up on.

After exploring the nine floors within the museum you can then visit the IMAX theatre, with a screen as big as five double decker buses and an exciting programme of films; a perfect way to end the day.
