November events: Get into the festive spirit at Hertford Christmas Gala

Head to Hertford where you will be able to enjoy a variety of seasonal entertainment, carol singing and fun fair rides. There will be a festive market, late-night shopping, live music performances from local schools and bands, and, of course, there'll be the big Christmas lights switch-on.

Enjoy the festive atmosphere in the county town where you will be able to meet Santa and his reindeer, dress up in nativity costume and meet some lovable characters.

The Hertford Castle Christmas Market will take place on the Hertford Castle Lawn, running alongside this Christmas Gala on the Friday evening and throughout the whole weekend.
