Enjoy a vintage day out browsing Sheffield’s Antiques Quarter

Sheffield, South Yorkshire

A flea market with 70 stalls of Retro, Vintage, Arts & Crafts (but no fleas) add even more to Sheffield's Antiques Quarter,

Sheffield's Antiques Quarter really does what it says on the bottle. Wedged between a triangle of streets just south of the city centre and full to the brim with treasures, the quarter is full of tempting retro finds.   The regular Flea Market at the very appropriate Abbeydale Picture House adds 70 stalls of everything you'd expect and more.

Individual shops or glittering emporiums amidst delightful tea shops tempting you with delicious home baked cakes line the streets around Abbeydale Road and Broadfield Road.  Wander over to Sheffield Antiques Emporium and browse its palace of antiquities. Whilst there pop in for a light lunch or a tempting treat at the delightfully named As Thyme Goes By…

Stop by one of the newest places in the Quarter. Vintedge really does have it all – an amazing selection of records, local craft wares, gorgeous fabrics, an ale shop and even a 50’s hair salon so you can sort your quiff out for when you’re out and about.

Find the perfect end to your city break with a tipple at The Broadfield Ale House, a traditional Yorkshire boozer serving hand-pressed pies and nearly 1,000 whiskies.
