Your upmarket experience at the Electric starts by you being whisked skyward: to the fifth floor of the Doubletree Hilton in Lincoln.

Conveniently, the swish glass lift drops you right at the entrance to the cocktail bar. While you’re there, it would be rude not to try the house favourite, the aptly named Electric – a mix of Kiwi liquor and Plymouth gin.
