Step into the scene at St George’s Hall
- Guided Tour
- 1 hour
When St George’s Hall, a neoclassical marvel near Liverpool’s main train station, isn’t hosting music events it welcomes camera crews to capture its grand interiors. Pivotal Season 3 scenes were filmed here including Tommy’s wife, Grace, getting caught up in an intended attack on Mr. Shelby. Stand on the steps outside and picture the tension of the dramatic scene. Keep an eye out for caped crusaders, as St George’s Hall also doubled up as Gotham City Hall in The Batman.
Guided tours are available on select days and can be booked in advance via the Liverpool City Halls website.
Get lost in the Georgian Quarter
- Sightseeing
- 1.5 hours
Wander the cobbled streets and admire elegant townhouses as you explore the city’s most fashionable district. The area features frequently in the series – including an explosive moment in season 2, captured in Falkner Square, and the intricate interiors of Liverpool Cathedral, used as Tommy’s regular place of worship. Following in the footsteps of the Shelbys can work up an appetite, so stop for lunch at The London Carriage Works. This award-winning restaurant, housed in a former coach and carriage builders, has a real Peaky Blinders feel.

Its streets have also appeared in the biopic Tolkien and the iconic Chariots of Fire – although running in slow motion during your visit is purely optional!
This unique attraction is home to over 900 Grade II listed buildings, including the award-winning Port Sunlight Museum, the Lady Lever Art Gallery, and the iconic Hulme Hall – considered the birthplace of The Beatles, as it’s the place where they played their first gig with Ringo Starr in the line-up!
Walking tours led by a knowledgeable guide are available too.
Stroll along Stanley Dock
- Sightseeing
- 2 hours

You’ll recognise Stanley Dock – the largest and most complete system of historic docks in the world – as the backdrop for the showdown with Billy Kimber in Season 1. Stroll along the canals and warehouses, absorbing the industrial grit that gives Peaky Blinders its iconic atmosphere. The dock’s rugged beauty has also drawn other British period dramas including Peaky Blinders creator Steven Knight’s latest hit, House of Guinness, transforming into The Guinness Brewery on screen.
