Take a water taxi to the River Exe Café, located on a floating pontoon on the Exe Estuary, and sample freshly caught fish dishes.

Serving the latest catch delivered direct from local fishermen, the River Exe Cafe is located in the middle of the Exe Estuary, offering diners panoramic views of the water and across to land, both east to Topsham and Exmouth, and west to the grounds of Powderham Castle.  

Try award winning Exmouth Mussels, or the day's catch from the ever changing specials menu. Other meat and veggie options are also available, with a big emphasis placed on locally sourced ingredients.

Catch the water taxi from Exmouth Marina for a 15 minute journey to the cafe, open for lunch and dinner between April and the end of September. Exmouth is within easy reach of the nearby city of Exeter, via a scenic rail journey.
