See a host of military aircraft at Newark Air Museum

Newark, Nottinghamshire

Located on a former Second World War airfield, Newark Air Museum is the ideal place to find out about the history of aviation.

Gaze in wonder at the vast collection of military and cockpit sections which are displayed both outside and inside at Newark Air Museum.

Based at the former RAF Winfield, the museum is home to iconic aircraft such as the Avro Vulcan and is a popular destination for families and aviation enthusiasts, as well as veterans.

Browse the impressive collection of artifacts or go along to one of the regular aero jumble sales where you will find a wealth of aviation treasures.

Visitors can also experience what it would have been like to fly an aircraft at one of the cockpit open days, which take place throughout the year.
