Sausage-making is particularly popular, with pork from the Gloucester Old Spot and Old Saddleback pigs that roam freely among the smallholding’s woods and fields. When night falls, why not bed down under the stars; you’ve got the pick of a luxury tipi, a tree-houseboat or an orchard wagon, in which to lay your head.
