The Staithes Festival of Arts and Heritage in north Yorkshire invites visitors to experience a unique weekend featuring 130 artists in 90 pop-up galleries.

Entry to the festival is completely free and includes a range of innovative works and events across the village of Staithes. Walk the coastal bird trail, designed by Emma Stothard, or visit the kinetic art installation - a mesmerising combination of engineering and art.

The heritage of the Yorkshire coast is an integral part of its unique character with numerous heritage sites including iconic ruins such as Whitby Abbey and Scarborough Castle. Staithes is located in the North York Moors National Park, and is ideal for autumnal walks and an inspirational landscape for artists.
