Summer in Gloucester can only mean one thing – festivals! Beginning with Gloucester Tall Ships, the impressive tall ships will once again weigh anchor for a weekend of live entertainment and activities.

Next fill yourself up at the three-day Gloucester Quays Food Festival in July. The festival celebrates food and drink from around the UK, as well as showcasing homegrown Gloucestershire and Cotswolds delicacies.

Finally, Gloucester’s long-running Blues Festival is one of the most anticipated events of the year. With over 50 live performances across nine venues, the festival is never short on atmosphere. These nine days of local, national and international acts bring a real buzz to the city.
