July events: Alice's Day

Oxford, Oxfordshire

Rediscover the charm of Wonderland with a fun-packed day of events on Oxford’s unique Alice’s Day.

Alice’s Day is an annual celebration of Lewis Carroll’s celebrated book 'Alice’s Adventures in Wonderland' and its sequel ‘Through The Looking Glass’, which marked a turning point in children’s literature.

This one day event is coordinated by the Story Museum and offers a day full of events inspired by the classic story, including tea-parties, croquet, storytelling, workshops and much more.

Venues and museums across the city of Oxford will put on Alice-themed events and activities, bringing the book to life and encouraging people of all ages to discover (or rediscover) Wonderland.
