Give something back to the environment and have a great time too on a conservation holiday in the New Forest.
There’s no chance of you getting bored on this New Forest holiday with Our Land. The day starts with a cup of tea, made from rainwater harvested from the Minstead Study Centre’s collector. Then it’s onto the real business of conservation: you’ll take part in pond clearance, path construction, and learn the traditional art of hedge-laying and coppicing.
After all the hard work, it’s time to chill out in front of the wood-burner, or ease those well-earned aches and pains with a professional yoga session.
Alternatively, you might prefer to explore the centre’s Iron Age roundhouse and turf maze labyrinth, or dance around the bonfire to the beat of a local African drummer.
VisitEngland would like to invite you to take part in a short survey about our website.
It should take no more than a couple of minutes.
