Take a culinary journey using Yorkshire’s local produce

Driffield, East Riding of Yorkshire

Keeping it local is the theme of the 'Yorkshire Born and Bred' cookery course held monthly at the Yorkshire Wolds Cookery school.

Yorkshire has a huge range of fantastic produce and the Yorkshire Wolds Cookery School’s popular Yorkshire Born & Bred cookery course will give you a tasty insight into everything the county has to offer by promoting the products and skills of the local producers.

Local chef Ali Bilton is a great believer in sourcing ingredients and goes to great lengths to ensure everything is fresh and local, and adapts her recipes with this in mind. Courses run from 10.00am to 3.30pm and guests will make a dinner for four, consisting of a variety of dishes which is theirs to take home.

Combine your culinary journey with a relaxing stay at High Field farm in rooms with stunning Yorkshire Wolds views.
