September events: Be blown away at St Annes International Kite Festival

ShareSt Annes hosts the spectacular annual Kite Festival, featuring magnificent kites from all over the world.
During the weekend of 7-8 September, there will be lots of entertainment for kids of all ages, including market stalls and face painting. The skies above St Annes beach will be filled with colour as eye-catching display kites take to the air, and each year is bigger and better than the year before.
The St Annes International Kite Festival is free for all to attend, so it’s perfect for a day of family fun on the beach. Make sure to look out for the massive 30 metre inflatable Octopus, flying cows, dogs and hippo flying above you.
