Tantalise your taste buds at one of Eastbourne’s spring and autumn food and drink festivals, with local real ales and ciders to choose from.
With two popular food and drinks festivals – Beer & Cider by the Sea during the spring and Eastbourne Beer Festival, the south east’s biggest beer festival in the autumn – Eastbourne is a real ale lover’s delight.
Both festivals see over 160 real ales, including many from local Sussex breweries, ciders, and perries, along with wines and international bottled beers.
From ‘Legless Rambler’ to ‘Granny Wouldn’t Like It’, sample quirky brews and enjoy live music and traditional Sussex pub games.
Explore some of the traditional pubs and microbreweries nearby from the village brewed Beachy Head Brewery at East Dean’s delightful 15th century Tiger Inn, to the National Cider Collection at nearby Middle Farm.
