Join Great British Menu winner Richard Bainbridge on an intimate seasonal food journey as he presents his cookery demonstration series followed by a 3-course meal.
Foodies are jostling for a place to observe Richard Bainbridge at work during a master class in creative cuisine, after watching him serve successful banquet dishes 'We all stand for Jerusalem' and 'Inspiring women' to the Women’s Institute.
Taking place every second Wednesday of the month, Richard presents to a group of likeminded aficionados in the surrounds of his private dining room at his restaurant Benedicts in Norwich.
It promises to be an inspirational experience as Richard’s approachable nature, good humoured banter and fine cookery skills combine to create a relaxed atmosphere which is as comforting and welcoming as his food.
Richard’s canny ability to create simple food with outstanding presentation is a skill to behold. Such as his ‘prawn cocktail snack’; a delicate miniature pastry case, with plump prawns and garnish topped with a sprinkle of hot pink powdered freeze dried raspberries.
