If your kids have got energy to burn this summer, head to the Isle of Wight to cool them off with a series of watery challenges that will leave even the most hyper-active needing time to catch their breath.

For ages eight to sixteen, courses are available from introductory beginners level right through to courses for the more experienced sailers.

The Isle of Wight is circled by a coast of golden sands and a fascinating geology where evidence of evolutionary prehistory can be traced in the ancient rock faces; an incredible sight while bobbing about on the sparkling azure waters just off shore. The sheltered tidal waters of the estuary provide safe yet challenging conditions for dinghy sailing, canoeing and kayaking.
