Every summer the City of London Festival in June and July brings the monumental architecture, outdoor spaces and ancient streets of the Square Mile to life with a dazzling array of music, theatre, comedy, cabaret, contemporary circus and street performance.

Huguenot Summer runs from May until September 2015 and invites you celebrate the lives and heritage of the first refugees to England. Attend a wide range of events, talks and walks, centred around Spitalfields where the Huguenots settled.

As part of the national celebrations of Magna Carta 800, the sad stories of Shakespeare’s Richard II and Marlowe’s Edward II are brought to life in the stunning St Bartholomew the Great church by the Little Spaniel Theatre.
