Seasonal Suffolk will open your eyes to a range of fayre you never considered and protect you from picking things likely to make you poorly, whilst Assington Mill in the heart of Constable Country provides guided foraging tours through the countryside, before showing you how to create delicious meals from your finds.
In September, the Aldeburgh Food & Drink Festival will be showcasing the very best in local produce, as well as hands on cooking workshops and demonstrations from some of the country’s top chefs. Also, ‘Upstairs at the Market’ will bring together customers and local producers with a series of monthly workshops and demonstrations in Lavenham Village Hall.
