Forage for a feast with Vale House Kitchen

Bath, Somerset

Gather wild food from the forest floor in the quaint village of Timsbury near Bath on one of Vale House Kitchen’s wild food cookery courses with a difference.

Spend a crisp autumnal day wandering through woodlands on a foraging workshop with Vale House Kitchen, a country skills cookery school nestled in the quintessentially English village of Timsbury near Bath. In the morning you’ll discover and collect a variety of wild food in the beautiful Somerset countryside, learning interesting and quirky facts about what you’ve found along the way.

Back at the cookery school, you’ll enjoy a foraged feast in the cosy dining room next to a burning log fire, before emptying your basket full of wild food and spending the whole afternoon creating homemade treats to take home and impress your friends and family.
