Sitting on the grass with a glass of Pimm’s in the spring sunshine, wondering whether to opt for dim sum or oysters next – it’s a tough life at Liverpool’s Food and Drink Festival, but someone’s got to do it.
Over the course of three days, more than 160 local chefs bring their ingredients to Sefton Park, serving up a slice of Liverpool’s foodie scene.
As well as cooking masterclasses and workshops, the city’s favourite bars, restaurants and cafés are also represented, and once if you’ve had your fill of the grub on offer, well, there’s always the beer tent and Champagne bar to be getting on with.
