Explore a Secluded Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty

Isles of Scilly

The Isles of Scilly are like nowhere else in England. Outstandingly beautiful, uncrowded and unspoilt, arrive on the Isles and unwind.

The Isles of Scilly lie 28 miles off Land's End. The entire archipelago was designated an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty in 1975. There are more than 30 miles of nature trails and walks on St. Mary’s alone, while all the “off islands” offer fantastic opportunities to walk their length and breadth.

The Isles of Scilly are the smallest AONB designation in the UK., but this detracts nothing from their inspiring beauty. The archipelago combines rugged granite cliffs and headlands, sparkling sandy bays, hidden coves, shifting dunes, and saline lagoons. Find scattered huts and cottages, and delicious food in the populated areas.
