Four floors of inspiration await you at Farfield Mill, a vibrant arts and heritage centre housed within a restored woollen mill now home to local crafts and arts, a café and displays.
Farfield Mill is housed in a restored Victorian woollen mill nestling under the Howgill Fells on the edge of Cumbria and Yorkshire. It is now the leading venue for textile arts in the North West.
From the ‘have a go’ looms on the top floor to the great value comfy Weavers café in the basement, there is lots to see, do, eat, buy and be inspired by.
There are excellent examples of local crafting and art pieces, a fascinating historical display and lots of craft resources, including a tremendous selection of second hand craft, fashion and cookery books.
