Dishes on this Modern British day will include an array of the best local & seasonal ingredients.

There will be demonstrations, a fun taste test and lots of hands on cooking, and you'll eat all the dishes that you cook.

Dishes will include:

- Chargrilled British Mackerel with beetroot and toasted nuts

- Chilli and garlic prawns

- Hay smoked English lamb with potato fondant and new season peas and pancetta

- No-bake stem ginger and vanilla cheesecake with poached rhubarb
