Indulge in a candlelit dinner at Holdsworth House Hotel & Restaurant, Halifax.
The restaurant at Holdsworth House, specialising in traditional English food, is one of Yorkshire’s best restaurants. It comes Michelin recommended, and has held two AA Rosettes for over 14 consecutive years.
The Jacobean Manor, built in 1633, stands in secluded gardens, three miles north of Halifax amidst West Yorkshire’s dramatic landscape.
Dinner is served by candlelight in three adjoining and beautifully furnished rooms; The Panelled Room, The Stone Room and the Mullioned Room. They all have their own unique atmosphere and overlook the pretty gardens.
Holdsworth House’s motto is fresh and local, with produce from Yorkshire suppliers and all meals freshly prepared. The Long Bar has a light and airy atmosphere with a more relaxed seating layout, local ales on tap, cocktails, spirits and soft drinks.
