For 2 ½ hours you can explore the many obstacles at this fantastic course. Forget jogging in the park or swimming in the local pool; high ropes are an amazing way of getting a full body work out and working the mind at the same time.
The element of risk will make your heart work faster, and you’ll be improving your upper body strength too. Being high up in the air, you’ll need to stay balanced, focused on completing the obstacle at hand. On completing the course you’ll feel a real sense of satisfaction and achievement.
The course is suitable from age 6 to adult, and is an all-weather activity.
