Celebrate the written word at the Hot Air Literary Festival

Stoke-on-Trent, Staffordshire

The Hot Air Literary Festival is back for what promises to be a third triumphant year when it takes place in June at the Emma Bridgewater Factory.

The 'Festival in a Factory' will again feature stimulating encounters with award-winning authors, poets and playwrights on diverse subjects from history and politics, to literature, crafts and the arts, children's fiction to local inspiration, entertainment and sporting memories, all helping to inspire and foster a love of books and reading.

Hot Air 2016 takes place between 9 - 11 June 2016 in the creative and bustling environment of the Emma Bridgewater Factory with a packed programme sure to delight audiences of many interests and all ages.

Since launching in 2014, Hot Air has become a cultural highlight in Stoke-on-Trent and this year will see visitors being invited to fire up a passion for books and share a love of reading through the very first Hot Air Fringe festival.
