  • The racecourse has many versatile and flexible spaces, which host a wide range of events, from an executive meeting for 10 to an event for up to 8,000 all year round.

Castle Hotel Windsor

History surrounds Castle Hotel Windsor. Sir Christopher Wren’s majestic Windsor Guildhall sits opposite the hotel, while both Windsor Castle and St. George’s Chapel are a short walk away.

  • The hotel offers 12 unique meeting rooms, available in a variety of sizes. 
  • The Windsor Suite is the oldest and largest ballroom in the town, accommodating up to 400 guests. With its vaulted ceiling and original chandeliers, it’s an elegant event space. 
  • With an original fireplace and period features, the Sandringham Suite is suitable for events seating between 24 and 80 guests. 
  • A series of syndicate rooms are set-up to suit boardroom-style meetings for up to eight delegates.

De Vere Beaumont Estate

The De Vere Beaumont Estate features an 18th-century mansion, a chapel, 75 event spaces and a Georgian white house in 40-acres of parkland, just three miles from Windsor. 

  • The Hanover Suite in the main building can seat 700 delegates theatre-style or it can be portioned into three sections. 
  • A modern Conference Village comprises The Balmoral Suite, The Sandringham Suite and The Kensington Suite. The Balmoral Suite is a training facility with three syndicate rooms. The Sandringham Suite includes 10 meeting rooms. The Kensington Suite has a 100-capacity main room, plus a syndicate space for 50 theatre-style. 
  • The White House is home to six ground-floor meeting rooms and 26 deluxe bedrooms and suites. It has a capacity of 40 for a seated dinner. 
  • The Chapel dates back to 1870 and original confession booths provide a unique environment for one-to-one networking or meetings. It has a capacity of 200 delegates.

The Runnymede on Thames

The Runnymede on Thames is a four-star hotel with history-rich Magna Carta country on its doorstep and all manner of outdoor pursuits for groups. 

  • The Grand Union and Riverside events suites are self-contained spaces that include private terraces and bars, dance-floors and the latest audio-visual technology. The Riverside Suite holds up to 80 guests for a buffet or 100 for a sit-down dinner with dancing, while the Grand Union suite can accommodate up to 250 for a seated dinner and dancing.
  • 14 contemporary meeting rooms are designed to adjust to bespoke needs and group sizes.

Royal Windsor Racecourse

Set in 165 acres of stunning Berkshire countryside, Royal Windsor Racecourse has been a part of the landscape for hundreds of years.

  • Royal Windsor Racecourse offers 23 meeting rooms. 
  • Grandstand suites provide views across the racecourse. There’s eight available, the largest of which has a capacity of 40 attendees.
  • Some 12 Paddock Pavilion Boxes are located right on the bend of this prestigious racecourse, offering spectacular views, not only over the track but over the rest of the 165-acre grounds as well.
  • The Riverbank Marquee located behind the Parade Ring has a 300-capacity for receptions or a 250-person capacity for seated dinners.
