Celebrate Leicester’s diverse cultures and experience the traditions of the Caribbean in one colourful celebration at the Caribbean Carnival. Does anything brighten up the summer better than a carnival? Groups can join-in the street party and sample culinary Caribbean delights. Support the costumed bands and marvel at the multi-coloured floats on a street parade through the city centre, then make your way up to Victoria Park for food, drinks and even more fun and performances. |

Taste of Leicestershire
For the foodies of the group, head to Melton Mowbray - not only is it the third oldest market town in England but it is also famous for its food and in particularly the Melton Mowbray Pork Pie. Ye Olde Pork Pie Shoppe (the oldest pie shop in England) & Brockleby’s Pies both offer pie making workshops for groups. The area of Melton is also famous for Stilton Cheese, so why not visit Melton Cheese Board for a cheese tasting experience. If wine is more your thing, why not treat guests to a tutored tasting of sparkling, still and fruit wines at Rothley Wine Estate – an award-winning artisan winemaking estate, situated in the heart of England. |
