The Potteries Museum and Art Gallery is an award-winning venue ideally located in Stoke-on-Trent’s city centre.
It features the world’s finest collection of Staffordshire ceramics as well as an impressive collection of decorative and fine arts. Also on display are artefacts from the Staffordshire Hoard, the largest hoard of Anglo-Saxon gold ever found. It’s even home to a World War II Spitfire.
The venue has two event spaces. The 300-seat Forum Theatre features excellent acoustics and all the audiovisual equipment needed to ensure your corporate function runs smoothly. The Learning Suite can host up to 60 delegates and is ideal for smaller events. It comprises one conference room, a kitchenette and bathrooms and can accommodate most requirements. Museum galleries are also available for hire.
The museum café offers a wide variety of refreshments including sandwiches, cakes and the local specialty, Staffordshire oatcakes. There is also a licenced bar serving a range of beverages.
