The Deep

This futuristic building of the world’s only submarium certainly stands out on Hull’s waterfront. Overlooking the Humber Estuary, the building’s design was inspired by the geological land formations on which it sits. As part of the regeneration of Hull, The Deep has become such an iconic landmark on the edge of the river.

Inside, a range of corporate and events spaces are suitable for all sorts of occasions from two to 350 delegates with an events team on hand to provide you with advice and support. The Deep Business Centre caters for meetings and conferences, whilst the visitor attraction itself provides an unforgettable venue for exclusive evening hire.

It’s a unique gala dinner venue, guaranteed to impress. The aquarium holds 2.5 million litres of water and 87 tonnes of salt to make a home for no less than 6,500 fish, amphibians and insects all carefully looked after by in-house marine experts.
